Officer Updates

It is very important to complete an officer update form with our office. If you are not updated you lose privileges and will not be able to reserve meeting space. All recognized organizations are also able to apply for an SGA grant. It’s important for our office to be aware of any changes in the status of your advisor. Each organization is required to have an advisor in place. Please check the SOS Forms link to get a copy or stop by the SOS offices in the Mountainlair. We will be happy to assist you. You can email kim.harrison@mail.wvu.edu if you have any questions.
