STUDENTS! WVU has made efforts to assist students who face hunger. Students are welcome to come to the Student Orgs office to visit The Rack. Each Tuesday and Friday from 3-5pm students can visit the Gaskins House to take advantage of the perishable food distribution. Additionally, all community resources listed are open to all WVU students. Here is a list of resources – please print and save.

Everything you need to know about the correct use of the WVU trademarks can be found here. If your student organization wants to have t-shirts printed this year please refer to the steps included in the student groups section.
It is very important to complete an officer update form with our office. If you are not updated you lose privileges and will not be able to reserve meeting space. All recognized organizations are also able to apply for an SGA grant. It’s important for our office to be aware of any changes in the status of your advisor. Each organization is required to have an advisor in place. Please check the SOS Forms link to get a copy or stop by the SOS offices in the Mountainlair. We will be happy to assist you. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
