Nominations are now being accepted for the Kenneth D. Gray Student Leadership Award for 2009-2010. An information letter can be downloaded under the SOS Forms link.
Student Organizations has implemented a new Greek Housing work order form. Students who currently reside in these houses should now utilize this system to report issues: http://simpleforms.scripts.wvu.edu/sf/GREEKWORKREQUEST/
Do you want to get involved but don’t know when and where a particular group is meeting? Check out the Student Organizations calendar. If you want to post your meeting you can add it to the calendar as well. Check here for Student Organizations Services sponsored events, too.
It is very important to complete an officer update form with our office. If you are not updated you lose privileges and will not be able to reserve meeting space. All recognized organizations are also able to apply for an SGA grant. It’s important for our office to be aware of any changes in the status of your advisor. Each organization is required to have an advisor in place. Please check the SOS Forms link to get a copy or stop by the SOS offices in the Mountainlair. We will be happy to assist you. You can email Kim Harrison at kim.harrison@mail.wvu.edu if you have any questions.
Student organizations are encouraged to check out the WVU Challenge Course – http://www.challenge.wvu.edu/ – groups can learn about building teamwork and communication. You can email at wvuchallengecourse@mail.wvu.edu for more information.
